Successful workshop on HiC data analysis
Thanks to PhD student Lucas Philipp for teaching us how to plot P(s) curves and visualize chromosome architecture. These analysis tools will be important for understanding genome organization in dinoflagellates!
Weber Lab kicks off a series of summer workshops
First step complete! Each lab member now has a Github account and some practice with version control. Great to see the lab sharing expertise and helping each other out.
Next up - making our analysis pipelines accessible and reproducible across platforms.
